FM Watering Restrictions Announced

The escalating demand for water motivated Flower Mound to initiate its Stage Two Water Conservation Ordinance last week.
The action was taken to provide sufficient water pressure during peak hours for all residence and businesses in Flower Mound.
All addresses ending in even numbers [0, 2, 4, 6 and 8] and locations without address are to water on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday; addresses ending in odd numbers [1, 3, 5, 7 and 9] are to water on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday.
No outdoor watering is allowed between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for any residence or business.
Violators will be charged with a misdemeanor and issued a fine for each day they violate the ordinance.
The Stage Two Water Conservation measures will be in affect until further notice.
